Disable Batch for In Process Inspection Lot

 1. Set the field "Partial-lot assign." as '4 partial lot and batch for inspection points of last operation' in CA02/C202 header.

2. DO NOT set the indicator 'last partial lot assignment' on any of the routing operation.

Then create a 03  inspection lot with no batch.

It won't require a batch when making UD.  The batch field will be greyed out.
